Meet JILL

Jill is a floral designer, entrepreneur and owner of Vibrant Pop & Blossoms, a luxury floral and gift delivery company based in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. She is known for her passion to create beauty and keep a smile on her customers faces. Jill’s décor and brilliant floral techniques will transform any moment into a gorgeous experience. In 2012, Jill started her journey in designing flowers for high end events including weddings, corporate and social gatherings, shadowing her mother who was a florist for over 35 years before her retirement in the industry. 2020, Vibrant Pop & Blossoms was born when Jill learned to specialize in floral designs for social and lifestyle experiences.

Delivery/Shipping

Vibrant Pop & Blossoms is a local Houston mobile shop. We do offer local delivery within our delivery range.

We offer Nationwide shipping on many of our Forever Rose Boxes. Our shipping carrier is Fedex.

Cancellation  / Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel the date you are booking an arrangement(s), you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability with a minimum of 30 days notice. Cancellations within 30 days of the date of your booking, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Should we need to cancel your order: In extreme and unlikely circumstances that we may need to cancel your booking or unable to fulfill your order due to illness, injury, accident or any circumstances, and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you in writing and refund to you any amounts you paid us.

Terms of Service

As professional floral designers, we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received by wholesalers are not of the quality suitable for your order or the exact flower is no longer available to complete delivery on time. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

Example: Sunflowers are shown in a picture, and they come in poor quality, yellow gerber daisies will be used as a substitute. Red roses WOULD NOT be substituted for white orchids. *If you are looking for one specific flower and you would not be satisfied with substitution, please contact us directly to place order so we can inform you on availability.*
