Should you need to cancel the date you are booking an arrangement(s), you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability with a minimum of 30 days notice. Cancellations within 30 days of the date of your booking, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Should we need to cancel your order: In extreme and unlikely circumstances that we may need to cancel your booking or unable to fulfill your order due to illness, injury, accident or any circumstances, and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you in writing and refund to you any amounts you paid us.
